Heat Pressed Embossed Logo
Logo appears to be “stamped” directly into the fabric. The effect is a subtle, tone-on-tone look. This process works best textured material, such as sport mesh.
Screen Print
When ink designs are applied directly the fabric, screen printing is recommended for big designs that cover a large surface of the hat or to create patterned looks.
Laser Etching
Logos are “burned” directly into the material by lasers. As the top portion of material is stripped away by the laser, the resulting image will one color, tone-on-tone logo with subtle variations of gradients. Laser engraving works best on very intricate logos.
Sublimation
When printed logos are applied through heat onto the fabric. The photographic image is achieved using sublimation prints.
